  • Background
    Actor-Musician-Force of Nature David Hasselhoff with a very special video message for Redbox fans.
  • How I was involved:
    I managed both strategy and the tactics from start to finish. I pitched the plan and sold the strategy to the third-party partner (a film studio). I wrote the script, worked with Mr. Hasselhoff, edited the clip, published the video, and syndicated it across various content channels.
  • Results
    • 110,500 views
    • 359% increase in traffic
    • $70K incremental revenue (5 days)

Harry & David Advent Calendar

  • Background
    Harry & David generates 80% of its annual revenue during the five-week holiday period. With the goals of generating revenue and interest in the brand among a younger demographic, I launched a Social Media "advent calendar" contest where consumers were invited to enter to win a substantial gift for the holidays.

    • Strategy: I conceived the strategy and sold it to senior management.

      • I partnered with Creative Services to produce the imagery.
      • I wrote the content, worked with Merchandising and Legal to secure the prizes, and handled fulfillment.

Harry & David Give and Get a Gift

  • Background
    To celebrate Mother's Day and increase brand affinity with younger Moms, I launched a launched a Social Media contest could enter to win a gift for their Mom and a $50 gift card for themselves.

    • Strategy: I conceived the strategy and sold it to senior management.
    • Tactics: I partnered with Creative Services to produce the imagery. I wrote the content, worked with Merchandising and Legal to secure the prizes, and handled fulfillment.In addition, I responded to the comments and escalated as appropriate to Customer Service.
